I was fortunate to be accepted into the National Coaching Institute (Victoria). FIBA coaching license.

What motivated you to get into coaching?:

I got into coaching as an opportunity to give back to a sport that treated me so well. I had excellent mentors and models in my playing and early coaching experiences that inspired me to become a coach.

What do you love about being a Coach Developer?:

It's such a great way to continue to give back to this sport and I really truly enjoy sharing the journey with coaches as the learn and refine their craft. Being a coach developer also forces me to stay educated and relevant which in turn helps me in my coaching.

Why did you want to be a Coach Developer?:

Every coach developer I encountered in my training and education was such a great model, I wanted to be able to share the knowledge that I have learned from everyone that has given so freely of their time, talents and energy to me along my journey.
