|What do you love about being a Coach Developer?:|| |
I love being able to help others understand the new methods and philosophies of coaching your basketball. I enjoy focusing on athlete development and incorporating fun while removing some of the old school methods.
|Why did you want to be a Coach Developer?:|| |
At first it was done out of necessity for our organization, but the more I learned, the more I wanted to pass on that knowledge to our coaches and other coaches in the community.
